Any work using Quercus always needs a project file. Project file stores
information of the thesaurus currently used, which type data is stored
in relevé and which are the default directories for the different
data types (source tables, working tables, thesaurus,...).
Project files have XML file format. In each project only one project
can be described.
Project XML
tags
Although not all of them must appear at the same time
in a project file, here it goes a description for the currently enabled
project tags.

<side_data/>:

side data definitions are placed on it. Also default taxon attributes
can be set by means of a specific side data.
